General

1. Using XXVI services implies acceptance and agreement to the related terms and conditions.

3. User behavior is considered acknowledgment of the terms and conditions.

5. Using XXVI's main domain, subdomain, social media links, or software applications is considered acceptance of this agreement.
6. Players must verify the legality of using XXVI services; XXVI is not responsible for the consequences of illegal actions.
7. We strictly regulate the misuse or violation of game funds. If any form of abuse or violation is discovered, we reserve the right to confiscate the game funds in the related account. This is to maintain a fair and honest gaming environment.
8. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese, English, and Malay versions, the English version shall prevail.

Member Account

1. New Player Registration
   1. New players must register a real-money betting account to play real-money games.

   3. XXVI reserves the right to provide different banking services and fund management.
   4. Each user can only have one account with XXVI. Multiple accounts will be penalized.
   5. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering with XXVI. XXVI reserves the right to verify the user's age.

   7. Players must verify if local laws allow participation in XXVI.
   8. By registering with XXVI, you accept the potential risks of deposit loss in real-money games or betting.

2. Account Details
   1. The password specified by XXVI is the player's security responsibility. After providing the correct username and password, all bets are considered valid.

   3. All members are advised not to share their real-money account with others.
   4. Players from the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and the Philippines cannot register, play games, or withdraw prizes at XXVI.

   6. Players are responsible for all related taxes on their prizes according to local laws.
   7. When making payments through payment gateways, cash deposit machines (CDM), online banks, etc., sensitive words like "gambling" should not appear in the transfer description. Violations may result in the confiscation of their principal.
   8. Transfers must be made according to the registered name (such as MyKad). Receipts with different names are not accepted.
   9. Only immediate transfers/Duitnow are accepted, not IBG/GIRO or other types of transfers.
3. Account Suspension and Closure

Promotions

1. XXVI promotions and bonuses are only for single players with specific credentials.
2. XXVI can terminate or suspend promotions at any time without prior notice.
3. Only players with verification and at least one deposit are entitled.

Liability
